- "SUPERMAN BECOMES MISS LOVELORN": (Superman) while dealing with a group called the blackout bandits that cuts the power to places they are robing, Clark once again disappears from Loise's side to become Superman and when he gets back to the office she is complaining about it to Perry so as punishment Perry assigns him to write the lonely hearts column.
- "HEROES OUT OF THE PAST": (Tommy Tomorrow) after being given a month off Tommy is pulled through time to the year 5990. the scientist explains what he has done then pulls Daniel Boone, Richard the Lion Heart, Erik the Red, and a Roman named Horatius from the past as well. criminals then show up to steal the time ray and the 5 heroes from the past fight them but the ray is destroyed in the fight and the criminals get away in the shock of the heroes hearing they can't be sent home. rare materials are needed to recreate the ray so the heroes go off to collect them.
